Since then I have lived in three places, settled into my new job, learned to live on about a third of the $ I was used to earning, reunited with my hubby, and am so enjoying living with him near the water and my #2 son, Gavin and his wife Beth and their two wonderful little boys, Alex and Mason. . .i love being my Nana self more of the time ( Read more... )

Back then my daughter was living just blocks from me, in Ballard. . .and for the year or so before that, my #3 son was living with her there. . .as usual, in hindsight I see how lucky I was to enjoy those adult kids of mine so often, so close, for that short period of time . .
